Be aware that the availability may change on an hourly basis.  This page will be updated as often as possible, but, for the most up to date information, contact our office by telephone.

Hut Specials!

  • RESERVATION POLICIES

  • Cancellations:  There are NO REFUNDS. Cancellations made at least three weeks prior to your trip are eligible for a 75% credit toward another booking. There are no refunds for cancellations made within three weeks of the trip.  Credits must be taken within one year of your original booking or they will expire.  There will be a $25.00 change fee for changing the dates of a reservation.  This must be done three weeks prior and you must have the new dates. There are no charges to add a day.     

  • You can reserve up to a year in advance.
    Full payment by credit card is required at the time of making any reservation.

  • Your fee reserves the entire yurt, no other group is booked with you.

  • Check in time is 1:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00am.

  • Weekend rates apply to the Christmas through New Year week.

  • Holidays and Winter Saturdays require a two night minimum.

  • Absolutely no dogs are permitted at the yurts during the winter season.   We do allow dogs at the yurts during the summer season ONLY after you have read and signed a pet waiver.   Any attempt to bring pets to the yurts outside of this policy or to neglect any part of the pet policy any will affect your stay and future reservations with Never Summer Nordic.  Please respect this policy and call us if there are any questions.  We must strictly enforce this policy.

  • Camping is not permitted in the areas around the yurts. The State Park as well as Never Summer Nordic will not allow any camping. Because of limited cooking and outhouse facilities, we cannot accommodate large groups. Our largest yurt, the Dancing Moose Yurt has beds for 9 people.

  • Campfires are not allowed at the yurts or cabins.  The State Park and Never Summer Nordic does not allow any campfires.  Please respect this policy.  Any attempts to neglect this policy will  affect your stay and future stays with Never Summer Nordic (not to mention the State Park ticket that you will receive).
